Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using our Service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Any participation in this Service constitutes acceptance of this agreement. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please do not use our Service.
Service Description: The Mybe App, created by MB "Mybė", is provided as a Freemium app. This means that while the base version of the app is free, certain features are locked behind a paywall and can be accessed via in-app subscriptions.
In-App Subscriptions:
Overview: The Mybe App offers in-app subscriptions for users to get full access to the app's features.
Billing: In-app subscriptions are billed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, depending on your device. Charges will appear on your account.
Renewal & Cancellation: Subscriptions may auto-renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel your subscriptions by accessing your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings.
Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
User Obligations: As a user of the Service, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, and maintain its accuracy.
Restrictions: Violating the Service's security or using any device/software to interfere with its proper working is strictly prohibited.
Termination: MB "Mybė" reserves the right to terminate your access for any violation of these terms or applicable laws.
Disclaimer: The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties or representations. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access or specific outcomes from using the Service.
Limitation of Liability: MB "Mybė" isn't liable for any damages (direct or indirect) resulting from using or the inability to use the Service.
Amendments: MB "Mybė" may update these terms at any time. By continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.

MB "Mybė" built the Mybe app as a Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by MB "Mybė" at no cost and is intended for use as is.
